Majority of the resident qualified property taxpaying voters, voted in favor to authorize the levy and collection of a tax for the purpose of operating and maintaining the improvements of the District.

The boundaries of Tehuacana Creek Water Control and mprovement District Number One established by order  of the Board of Directors.


October 30, 1956
Confirmation of the District, recorded in Volume 1 page 67 et seq., of the deed records of McLennan County, Texas and in Volume 405 page 621 et seq., of the deed records of Hill County, Texas.
